food coloring:

Great Company:
I needed a replacement part for my older Cuisinart and Kerekes had it in stock and was received earlier than expected delivery date. Part fits without any issues. Glad I found them will definitely use them again for any of my baking kitchen needs.

Reliable Great:

Panet tone Molds:
I had ordered the panet tone molds not realizing that they were too big. I called and see if I could change to smaller sizes and stick on the same 12 pieces.
Lisa Weber from the customer service told me the smaller do not come in smaller packages. I asked if I could return them . Lisa was so very kind polite and understanding my predicament.
She said yes. She was again very kind in helping me with the Return Label. With my pleasant experience and her excellent service I would definitely shop at BakeDeco and reference it to my friends. Thank you Lisa. You are a great asset and blessing to your company.

Very Satisfied:
I recently ordered a pair of flour sifters and when they arrived one of them was damaged. The screen was separated from the metal rim for about six inches.
I was very discouraged because dealing with a website and doing things on line can be problematic. I was expecting a real hassle with having to repackage and ship the item back.
I called the number on my invoice and was connected with Debra. I explained the situation and she asked me to send her a picture of the damage which I did. Much to my surprise I received a call from Debra the next day letting me know that a replacement was being shipped.

Top Notch:
Top Notch Customer Service.
Had an issue with the Postal Service, major delay in delivery and Bake Deco quickly sent replacement order at no new charge.
Eventually I received the original order (month later) and they sent return label for easy return of the 1st order.
